In order to provide the professional services, UVA has been honour to obtain the recommendation by the Board of Valuer Real Estate Agent, Malaysia as one of the recommended training centre in Johor Bahru, to conduct their Diploma In Estate Agent as preparation course for the examination.

Our insitution is recommended by Board of valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia (BOVAEAP) for this course. The Diploma in Estate Agency opens the door for graduates to enter into this industry as a licensed real estate agent.

Graduate Entry Program (By RISM)

Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia invites application for all Malaysian citizens with a First Degree recognized by the Public Services Department (JPA) in any discipline. Candidates may take any number of subjects in any sitting and must pass all subjects within 10 years. Candidates who passed the exam will be awarded a Professional Diploma by Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM) recognized by JPA & BOVAEAP as equivalent to a degree in real estate. Candidates will obtain valuer, estate agent and property manager licenses at once.
